Joan and Tim created Morrow & Company as a way to best serve the needs of their select group of clients.  Focusing on this select group allows them to keep communication lines with clients open year-round, while also achieving a work-life balance that meets the needs of their family.  

Outside of the office, Joan enjoys cheering on their four boys at various sporting events, spending time with them at family cabins, and settling in with a good book when she can find a quiet moment to herself.  Tim enjoys a mix of sporting activities, playing music, woodworking, and outdoor activities with Joan and the kids.
